CULTURAL INSCRIPTION
Entrusting Cultural Memory
Atelier WOCS operates within a formal framework dedicated to the inscription and transmission of cultural compositions. Each work is documented, recorded, and entrusted to its designated Guardian as part of a long-term continuity.
A SYSTEM OF TRANSMISSION
A FRAMEWORK FOR CULTURAL CONTINUITY
For over a decade, Atelier WOCS has operated as a structure dedicated to cultural transmission, developing a formal system through which cultural memory is formalised, recorded, and preserved.
Each composition is attributed through documented acts of inscription and entered into the Register, establishing continuity between origin, authorship, and long-term stewardship.
Through this framework, cultural memory is maintained across generations, with selected works residing within institutional and national collections under principles of preservation and transmission.
Where the framework first emerged
The Foundational Six
These six compositions constitute the foundational corpus from which Atelier WOCS formal framework emerged. Each established a defining principle, structural, symbolic, or territorial, that later informed the language of attribution, inscription, and cultural transmission.
Together, they formed the initial reference set through which the codes, vocabulary, and long-term vision of the framework were articulated.
WHERE MEMORY IS ENTRUSTED
THE GRAND REGISTER OF GUARDIANS
The Register records the attribution of each composition to its designated Guardian. This act anchors cultural responsibility within an enduring archival framework, ensuring continuity across time.
INSCRIBED SELECTION
THE PATRIMONIAL CORPUS
Institutional Presence
Bellevue Palace, Bern
The composition Les Arches du Temps was presented within the institutional setting of the Bellevue Palace in Bern, a site historically associated with Swiss state protocol and diplomatic continuity.
The presentation referenced the Latécoère airmail routes, the Breguet XIV aircraft, and the horological lineage embodied by the Breguet Souscription.
DISCREET BY ORIGIN
CULTURAL CHAMBERS
The Cultural Chambers are constituted as discreet custodial environments in which patrimonial works are held under conditions of confidentiality and alignment.
Access is governed by established protocols, and encounters are conducted within a framework of transmission and guardianship.
